Who Is Jeb Bush?

Jeb Bush is the son of George H.W. Bush, the 41st U.S. president, and the brother of George W. Bush, the 43rd U.S. president. Jeb Bush moved up the ranks in Florida politics in the 1980s and '90s before securing the state's governorship in 1998.

The Republican remained as Florida's governor until 2007. The following year, many speculated that he'd run for the U.S. Senate, but that did not occur.
