Sathi Suryanarayana Reddy was born on 31st October 1961 in Polamuru village of Anaparthi Mandal East Godavari district Andhra Pradesh to Sri Sathi Gangireddy and Smt Seethayamma late. He was graduated with M.B.B.S, MS Degree. He married Adi Lakshmi on 31st May 1983.
